Shan Marin grew up on adventure stories, sword and sorcery fantasy, and old-school science fiction. She decided to pursue a career in Journalism to fulfill her desire to write, but it turns out she’s not nearly hard-nosed as she would like to believe. Better to leave that to the heroines she loves to write about. After traveling for many years, she finally settled in Canada, where she writes paranormal and fantasy romance. She is obsessed with ice-cream, lilac trees, and bad guys who do terrible things for good reasons.
